Bird watching is excellent in the Soutpansberg and Limpopo River Valley. Around Scandi you might see Purple-crested Touraco, Tambourine Dove, Narina Trogan, Olive Woodpecker, Southern double-collared Sundbird, Amethyst Sunbird, Cape Batis and many more.
