Kruger National Park

The Kruger National Park is an excellent park for animal viewing and bird watching. There are two routes to the park from Louis Trichardt. We recommend the northern route on the R525 via the Pafuri Gate where you can visit the Pafuri picnic site and Crooks corner. Crooks corner is at the confluence of the Limpopo and Levubu rivers. The Pafuri Park entrance is a 2-hour drive from Louis Trichardt. If you are not staying in the park, then give yourself a full day to drive there and back.
